Aperol Spritz

Both the sight and sip of an aperol spritz hails the beginning of Summer. The wonderfully rich colour and flavours of this spritz serve make it an iconic cocktail and will have you dreaming of Italian sojourns. 

Ingredients:

40ml Aperol (shop)

60ml Prosecco (shop)

soda water

Method:

Fill a wine glass with ice and pour aperol and prosecco over, top with a splash of soda water and garnish with a slice of orange.
