15ml manzanilla sherry
2 dashes of saline solution
To make your saline solution, mix two parts salt to one part water and stir or shake until the salt is fully dissolved.
In a mixing jug filled with ice, place all ingredients and stir with a long handled spoon for around thirty seconds or until you can start to see condensation forming on the outside of the jug. Strain into a chilled, stemmed cocktail glass and garnish with a baby asparagus spear.
