Cabby's Spirits and Cocktails

14 January 2020

Cabby's spirits are one of the newest additions to our Bottle Shop collection. Their main point of difference between them and other distilleries is that their based distillate that they use to make both their gin and their rums is a molasses-based product. This gives their gin, in particular, a distinct added note of sweetness that blends well with their chosen botanicals of juniper, lavender, rosemary, Angelica root and pimento.

Cabby's spirits under their Taxi Spirit Co. which is known as London's first rum distillery. Founded in 2018, after six years of hard work and dedication, Moses had created London's first rum, Cabby's White Rum. Later on, came their other popular products including their Spiced Rum and Gin. Their products are made in small batches at only 250 bottles per batch. Their gin and rums are truly made with care and precision and each batch carries a unique profile which is part of the fun of being a small-batch distillery!

There are a slew of cocktails that can be made with both the rums and the gin. Check out some of the cocktail recipes below provided by Taxi Spirit Co.
