A gin fizz never tasted so festive and using our new Celebrated Butter Gin, this Orange & Rosemary Fizz perfectly marries herb and citrus, with a creamy smoothness.
If you’re hosting friends and family over the festive season, this drink is perfect for afternoon cocktails or an evening soiree.
Serve in a Ramos glass or flute.
Shake all ingredients (except prosecco) with ice in a shaker and shake well. Strain into a glass, remove the ice from the shaker and pour the mix back into the shaker, shake well again without ice. Double strain into your Ramos glass or flute and top with prosecco. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a dried orange slice.
