Whiskeyed Amaretto Sour

The strength of the whiskey with the citrus of the lemon and the smoothness of the egg white alongside the nuttiness of the Amaretto, makes for a wonderfully balanced cocktail.

Ingredients:

40ml Whiskey
20ml Amaretto
10ml Sugar Syrup
20ml fresh lemon juice
20ml egg white 

Method:

Shake with ice in cocktail shaker. Strain into a martini-style glass and garnish with a cherry.
