Brooklyn Gin was co-founded by Emil Jättne and Joe Santos in 2010 with the idea to make a high-quality small-batch all American gin.
Production: Everything is done by hand at Brooklyn Gin to create a higher quality and more personal spirit. The distillation takes place in Carl copper pot stills that yield 300 bottles per run which takes a total of three days to complete. The base of the gin is used with local corn and the botanicals include 100% fresh citrus peel and hand-cracked juniper.
Tasting Notes: There's a strong presence of both juniper and citrus on the palate making a well-balanced classic gin.
