Drumshanbo produces their gin in a small Irish town from premium oriental botanicals and gunpowder tea.
Production: At PJ Rigney, the gin is all hand-made by slow distilling the spirits. The botanicals are selected from nature's finest oriental botanicals, including gunpowder tea.
Tasting Notes: A well-balanced gin with a smooth herbal hint from the tea. There is a strong presence of juniper without the other flavours, some of which include meadowsweet, coriander seed and cardamom, from being bogged down.
