Distillery Originals - Super Dry Gin

At The Distillery, we make all of our products in-house right downstairs from our bar. We use two copper pot stills to make our spirits using the finest of botanicals and ingredients. Our Distillery Originals come in a wide range of flavours in both gins and vodkas and we have a selection of liqueurs and low ABV products making for an exciting mix of offerings!

This gin is for those who appreciate their gin bone dry! It starts out as our Portobello Road Gin and we've added some Gentian and some Rooibos tea to make the ultimate "super dry" gin. The palate exhibits flavours of juniper, pepper and a touch of citrus with a very clean and dry finish.
