KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin
KI NO BI is a Japanese gin, the first of its kind. From start to finish, this gin is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto.
Production: Following the traditional flavours found in Japanese spirits, this gin is distilled to be dry. There are Japanese indigenous botanicals including yellow yuzu, bamboo, and gyokuro tea. The base of this spirit is rice adding to the traditional Japanese flavours.
Tasting Notes: The juniper blends well with the Japanese flavours giving almost a Sake feel to the gin with the rice-based spirit.
