Don Q Gold Rum

Don Q is a Puerto Rican-based distillery specialising in the production of rum, and typical spirit in Puerto Rico. The distillery was established in 1865 by Don Juan Serrallés and the tradition of producing rum has been passed down through six generations. 

Production: The Serrallés family started distilling from a copper pot still that was imported over from France and now have adapted to be an environmentally-conscious distillery focusing on protecting their local ecosystems through sustainable production. It's a blend of rums aged from 1 1/2 to 5 years to create a smooth and pleasant spirit.
