Asterly Bros - Schofield's Dry Vermouth
This vermouth was created by two brothers from London for two brothers in Manchester, hence the name Asterley Brothers.
Production: The base of this dry vermouth is a British Chardonnay and is infused with 28 botanicals. The botanicals are macerated into the wine for a total of one month. This vermouth can be topped with tonic and a lemon wedge or added to a martini making it versatile yet still dry on the finish.
Tasting Notes: The palate is complex from the 28 botanicals, but some that shine through include rose, cinnamon, vanilla and chamomile.
