Hotel Terms & Conditions
● Our bedrooms are located on the second floor and accessible only by stairs, and on top of a busy venue open until 1am.
● Please bear this in mind when booking your accommodation with us. All guests must be 18 years or older.
● Check In: 3pm-10pm.
● Check Out: 9am-11am.
● Alternate Check In/ Check Out times (if available) must be requested a minimum of 1 week prior to your booking date.
● Photo ID and Credit/ Debit card details are required on Check In.
● If you would like a reservation for The Ginstitute, The Resting Room or Malt Floor during your stay, please make a note on your booking or ask a member of our reservations team on site. Please inform us of any dietary requirements or special requests in advance

PAYMENT POLICY
● Credit card details and the cost of the bill in full are required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, as per our cancellation policy. ● Outstanding payments, including costs for any damages or items removed from the rooms, will be charged to the card details provided.
CANCELLATION POLICY
● Guests may cancel their reservation without charge up to 7 days before the date of check-in.
● If the booking is cancelled up to 3 days prior to arrival, guests will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total bill.
● Less than 72-hour notice will result in the loss of the initial deposit.
