Dingle London Dry Gin
Dingle is an Irish distillery focused on creating a traditional gin but through innovative techniques improving on the timeless spirit.
Production: The botanicals that go into the Dingle London Dry Gin are chosen carefully and macerated for in the spirit for 24 hours. Once the gin has been distilled, it passes through a flavour basket in the neck of the still.
Tasting Notes: Along with the prominent juniper flavour that comes from a London Dry Gin, other botanicals such as rowan berry, fuschia, bog myrtle, hawthorn and heather are included to create an authentic gin of the Kerry landscape. The gin is juniper forward but finishes with a floral essence.
