The FAIR range is the brainchild of an idealistic Frenchman Alexandre Koiransky, who created a spirits brand dedicated to producing high-quality products that are sourced ethically and sustainably. FAIR sources the best ingredients for their high-quality spirits from around the world, taking great care that all the people involved, in every stage of the process, should be treated equally.

Production: Acai berries commonly grow in the rain forests of the Amazon and contain a lot of antioxidants, fibre and heart-healthy fats. The essence of the berries is extracted through a maceration process. Slow and progressive reduction by adding fair-trade liquid sugar, natural flavour and demineralised water to get a perfect harmonization. Bottled in the Cognac region, France.

Tasting Notes: Clear, purple-red. Intense ripe blackberry and raspberry jam aromas with great balance between alcohol and sweetness. Very clean with pronounced blueberries aromas and a lingering violette and floral finish.
