The Botanist Islay Dry Gin

The Botanist is a Scottish gin deriving flavours from the local land to create a unique and delicious gin. The earthy and wild botanicals that grow in the area create a special flavour profile that is individual to this distillery.

Production: There are a total of 22 botanicals in this gin some of which include nine different types of berries, and a number of barks and seeds, and of course some citrus flavours to round out the gin.

Tasting Notes: The juniper is present right at the front of this gin while more of the earthy and warm flavours linger in the middle and the finish exhibiting a slight fresh burst from the citrus.
