Xellent Swiss Edelweiss Gin

Xellent is a Swiss gin using high-quality rye as their base distillate. The rye provides a peppery finish that complements the other 25 botanicals that go into this gin. Some of these botanicals include lemon balm, Edelweiss, elderflower and lavender. The water that is used to distil the gin is pure glacial water right from Switzerland. The palate of this gin is herbal and slightly floral making it a very refreshing gin to enjoy in a cocktail or neat.
